Price of Legal Services
The remuneration are usually agreed upon with a client and is usually determined by the time and legal difficulty of the matter. Provided that, there is no agreement on the remuneration, the price is set down according to non-contractual remuneration rules stipulated by the Advocate Tariff (decree no. 177/1996 Coll., on remuneration and reimbursement of advocates for the rendering of legal services, as amended). Based on the agreement with a client, there are possibilities to determine the remuneration in other ways:

Hourly fee
The remuneration is determined by the hourly rate for legal service.

Fee based on Act
The fee is set depending on the number of actions and value of the case in accordance with the Advocate Tariff (decree no. 177/1996 Coll., on remuneration and reimbursement of advocates for the rendering of legal services, as amended).

Lump sum fee
The remuneration is set forth the lump sum remuneration, agreed with a client before providing the legal service.
The long-term lump sum fee is favorable for a long term client.

Contingency fee
The remuneration is payable only in the case of a favorable result.
